[vtkusers] overlay a volume and polydata

Hi, I am trying to put a volume for a brain and polydata for the tracts in the brain together in a renderer, but the tracts go out of the brain, so I think the problem is because their coordinate system do not coincide, can anybody tell me how to do that, so that the volume and the polydata have the same coordinate system. The polydata is a append filter fed into polydataMapper and the volume is vtkVolume. many thanks.
