[vtkusers] VTK Textbooks

Dear all,

I'd like to order the two VTK books
- The Visualization Toolkit An Object-Oriented Approach to 3D Graphics
- The Visualization Toolkit User's Guide.

1) What are the current editions? Are both books already updated for
VTK 5? http://www.vtk.org/buy-books.php still shows an older version of
the user's guide.

2) Has anyone experience with ordering those books from Germany? As far as
I can see, ordering through the VTK website seems to be the cheapest
option (although shipping is 70$).
