Hi everyone,

Did not get an answer last time, so am trying again. Hope someone can
suggest something.

I am wondering if there is a vtk filter that can do the following:

- I have some medical data which is simply a binary image (or grayscale)
that defines multiple closed region (segmented structures).

Is there any VTK filter that will give me the contour of these curves as
various sets of polydata (one set for each closed region). So, I want to
pass the vtkImageData corresponding to the slice and get back a set of
polygonal data that describe the contours of the segmentation region.

I would be really grateful if you could give some suggestions.

Thanks,

Luca
