[vtkusers] MetaImageReader

Hi together

I am working with MetaImageData and the MetaImageReader from vtk 5.0. The
standard of MetaImage files did change a little bit in the last few months,
and now I have the problem that vtk cannot handle the new standard. Does
anybody know something about that issue? Is that a bug in vtk?
