[vtkusers] Median of a ROI

But, if I do this:


char * scalars = image->GetScalarPointer();



int sum = 0;

for(int i=0;i<image->GetNumberOfPoints();i++)

{

            sum = sum + scalars[i];

}

double mean = sum/i;
----
all image will be computed, when I only want work with ROI values. What can
I do this?
