[vtkusers] Information of max size of Volume in VTK

Hi Francoise,
 
VolumeRayCast should not have a limitation in size (Lisa should now the
correct answer here), but it could be your memory that is not enough. Check
memory consumption and manually set a huge pagefile.
You could also check if the error still occurs when using the fixedpoint
volumeraycast mapper.

volume.
Is there a limitation with this renderer?
