[vtkusers] vtkLinearExtrusionFilter can not generate the capping.

Is there any sample code to show how to use vtkLinearExtrusionFilter ? I 
have tried many times to make a simple extrusion by using 
vtkLinearExtrusionFilter, but only the edge of the vtkPolyData generated. 
The capping options have set, there no capping.

Could any body show me a simple code snipper to tell me how to use this in 
C++?
