[vtkusers] Qt integration in Visual Studio and VTK

Hi All,
  How can I add and use the QVTKWidget with the Qt integration in 
Visual Studio.  I have used the QVTK.vcproj file in "GUISupport\Qt", 
but I want to use the Qt integration because it cuts down on coding 
time.  If anyone knows how to add this as a widget or a custom plugin 
into Visual Studio I will really appreciate it.
