[vtkusers] Smooth surface deformation

Hi Gheorghe,

Have you tried changing the basis function of vtkTPS using eg.
SetBasisToR? The default basis function is only the 'true' TPS warp
for 2D, as stated in the documentation.

I don't know whether this will be the complete solution you are
looking for but easy to try.
