[vtkusers] Smooth surface deformation

Hi,

I want to warp a parametric surface (a disk surface) to fit some
landmarks - the only class I found that would do this is the
ThinPlateSplines, but it seems to be quite pointy around the landmarks
- I need something that would have a very low curvature (hence was
thinking of Gaussian smoothing). Is there any filter that would help
me do that?
