[vtkusers] Parallel stereo rendering to two display outputs.

I tried something like this with two renders and render windows, one set to
render left, the other right. I used a common camera for both. It gave me
the stereo view I was looking for, but I could not get both windows to
update their view simultaneously. The window I was not interacting with
would stay static. At that point I moved on to other things.
