[vtkusers] vtk files with cell data

Hi Vinayak,

You need to download VTKData if you have not already done so. (It is 
available from the VTK web site: 
http://www.vtk.org/get-software.php#latest). The following .vtk files in 
the Data subdirectory of VTKData contain cell data.

PentaHexa.vtk
SampleStructGrid.vtk
faults.vtk
fieldfile.vtk
fran_cut.vtk
polyEx.vtk
tetraMesh.vtk
track1.binary.vtk
track2.binary.vtk
track3.binary.vtk
