[vtkusers] vtkHierarchicalDataSet built from polydata

Hi Peter,

I don't exactly understand what you mean by arguments? You can create
a vtkHierarchicalDataSet of any vtkObject and subclasses (including
vtkPolyData) by using the SetDataSet(unsigned int group, unsigned int
id, vtkDataObject* dataSet) method.
