[vtkusers] Unable to Start Debugging!

Hi All,

I installed MS Visual Studio .NET 2003 and compiled VTK 5.0.3 with no
problem. Then I used Cmake to build some projects to test, the projects were
compiled with no error, but they won't run. The error message is :

"Unable to start debugging. Unable to start program
'C:\VTK\Example\ImgDisplay\debug\ImgDisplay.exe' The system cannot find the
file specified"

The directory is not correct. The thing is I didn't specify the .exe file
yet! The error popped up before it let me do so. However, I could run the
project on another machine I used to work on. I think I installed everything
the same way as I did on my previous machine. I couldn't figure out what is
wrong now.
