[vtkusers] vtkVisibleCellSelector performance

In late march I added logic to count the pixels that each cell covers. Both
that and the visible vertex selection add fields to the internal data
structure for hits. I suspect that might be the problem. I'll take some
benchmarks on a Microsoft build too see how bad the slowdown is then try to
come up with a fix. But I probably ca not get to it till late this week.
