[vtkusers] Mac OS 10.4.8, Intel, VTK 5.0 , java 1.5 crashes

Did the JVM actually crash? or did the java program crash with an  
unsatisfied link error?

Also,
Since Apple's Java 1.4 and 1.5 are both based on Cocoa I would try  
building VTK with Carbon OFF and Cocoa ON and see what happens.

Also, do any of the other java examples from the VTK distribution run?
