[vtkusers] VtkPanel.java, vtkCanvas.java

[Sriharsha Sista]

As you said I did find the files in the VTK /Wrapping/Java/vtk folder.

So is there a way to add the functionality of these files (vtkPanel.java and
vtkCanvas.java) without doing the compiling of the whole source code from
the scratch?

Can you detail me on the process if there is one?
