[vtkusers] vtkStreamTracer doesn't work with a surfacic mesh

Hi,

I use the vtkStreamTracer to generate streamlines. I have a surfacic mesh
and I'd like to constrain streamlines on the surface. The problem is nothing
is drawed... What do I have to do to apply a 2D constraint? In a volumic
case it works perfectly. I can give you more information if it's not clear
enough.
