[vtkusers] vtkRenderWindowInteractor with vtkImage

Hi,

How can you use the vtkRenderWindowInteractor with a vtkImage? In 3D the 
use of the Interactor is straightforward, but I do have a 2D Image. I'd 
like to rotate it, pan it, zoom into it and to pick points and display 
the scalar value according to the picked position. Can someone help me 
to get the vtkRenderWindowInteractor working with just a 2D Image, please?
