[vtkusers] Multi-resolution data

Dear All

Has VTK multiresolution data import and/or data filter, e.g. get uniform
voxel data and convert it to Min-Max octree and then perform visualization
operation on such semi-structured (octree) data set.

Any comment is wellcome.
