[vtkusers] error with mil.dll and ICP implementation

Hi, I'm new at vtk and I'm trying to implement the ICP algorithm. I have
mil.dll in my work directory but when I run my program I receive an error
that says than ordinal 928 in mil.dll hasn't been found. If I comment the
icp implementation part, it all runs well. I've downloaded the dll again but
the error maintains. Is there a connection between them? What can I do to
resolve the problem?
