[vtkusers] Display "true size" vtkImageActor in vtkImageViewer2

Hello,

I want to be able to show the image actor of a vtkImageViewer2 in a true
size mode, that is, no zoom, no interpolation, each pixel of the image
correponds to one pixel on the display. Do I have to manipulate the camera?
Which parts of the rendering have I to care about? Any suggestions to do
this?
