[vtkusers] MinGW + VTK on windows

Hi, I had the same trouble using Mingw some time ago. After that, I started
to use the Visual C++ express edition 8 and I had no more problems to build
VTK, ITK, FLTK on Windows. (Are yu from brasil? Your name looks like a
brazilian name... Good look!)
