[vtkusers] downloading the vtk doc for offline use

Great, thanks! I didn't see it because I am using fedora's rpms for vtk, so I 
didn't go through the vtk site for download. Maybe there should be a link on the 
documentation front page? (http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/5.0/html/)
