[vtkusers] Question regarding VTK 5.0

Keep questions on list, please, so that others may benefit from the
answers as well. (Or even provide the answers more quickly than an
individual responder... :-)

The very first link on the VTK Wiki ( http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK ) is
called "more information" -- (
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK_Additional_Information )

On that page, there's a link to "Building VTK" (
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK_Building_VTK ) which has decent directions
for how to download and build VTK on Windows...
