[vtkusers] System Zlib -> metaio doesn't seem to work

 I have not tried it on cygwin, but it's fine on the linux. It takes such a long time to compile on cygwin that I'd rather stick with the manually fixed one that works for now. 
Many thanks for sorting this out, I hope it goes into the cvs soon!
