[vtkusers] VTK 5.1 (ish) and ITK 3.2 (WrapITK) Windows binaries with Python support available

Dear all,

I've made my VTK 5.1 and ITK 3.2 Python-enabled Windows binaries
available.  In short: Windows XP SP2, Visual Studio 2005 SP1, Python
2.4.x, WrapITK.
