[vtkusers] vtk pipeline designer?

We also looked at that package. The KDE dependancy is there because  
the author uses a code editor to display the generated C++ code and  
he wanted syntax highlighting/coloring and so used something from the  
KDE project to get that done. I have not talked with the author in a  
while so this may have changed but it did look like a nice package.  
Maybe someone could hack it to get rid of the KDE stuff and just put  
a plain text editor in there instead when NOT on a KDE platform.
