[vtkusers] Missing import libraries in shared build

Does the same thing happen if you start over with a completely empty
binary directory?
(Should only take 10 minutes or so to verify this with a new binary dir...)

How did you get VTK 5.0? What version is it? 5.0.3?

I'm stumped... CMake 2.4.6 and VS8 are known to work with VTK 5.0...

Anybody else have a clue?
