[vtkusers] Tcl -> C++

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to understand the basic concept of VTK. I'm reading some examples 
and coding it.
In a tutorial there is a fragment of tcl code that i cant translate in c++ 
because i dont understand it :

set pc [titleActor \
  GetPositionCoordinate]
$pc SetCoordinateSystemToNormalized-
  Viewport
$pc SetValue 0.5 0.92

I understant that it take the result of GetPosisionCoordinate and place it a 
variable named pc. Am i wrong ?

some one can give me the translation ? or a hint ?
