Is it as easy as setting BUILD_SHARED_LIBS and VTK_WRAP_TCL, or do I
have to convert tcl libs for use with cygwin somehow...?

The problem (for me) with adding cygwin dashboards is that they take
so much longer than all the other dashboards. How do you stand the
compile time you get with cygwin when borland and Microsoft both have
free, faster alternatives...? (It's rhetorical, don't answer,
please...) :-)
