[vtkusers] Qt 4.2 new release and QVT Plugin

Has anyone tried the Qt 4.2 release and VTK 5.0.2? I am running XP SP2 with the prebuilt binaries from TrollTech for Qt 4.2. I rebuilt VTK 5.0.2 against Qt 4.2, moved the plugin to the QtDesigner plugins Directory, launched QtDesigner and now the QVTKPlugin is not recognized.
  Any one else have this problem?
