Any help would be much appreciated.ThanksTaro> Date: Sat, 11 Nov 2006 23:23:08 +0100> Subject: [Fwd: [vtkusers] combining volume rendering and polygonal rendering?]> From: mweiss at cbs.mpg.de> To: vtkusers at vtk.org> > after a little help the cutting plan "problem" was solved quickly ...> > but i'm still looking fpr a dual-render-soulution as discribed below ...> > can anyone help?> > thanks> > M.Weiß> student at the> Max-Planck-Institut for cognitive brain science, Leipzig, Germany> ------------------------ Ursprüngliche Nachricht -------------------------> Betreff: [vtkusers] combining volume rendering and polygonal rendering?> Von: mweiss at cbs.mpg.de> Datum: So, 15.10.2006, 17:24> An: vtkusers at vtk.org> --------------------------------------------------------------------------> > dear community,> > i'm looking for an easy to do solution for the following problem:> > i've got voxel-data of an MRI-scan of a human brain stored in> vtkStructuredPoints and i've got a reconstructered surface of this brains> cortex stored as vtkPolyData. now i want to visualize both together for> visual checking the correctness of the reconstruction. so beside the> combined visualization i also need some king of cutting plane.> > does anyone knows a quick solution?> > maybe a cutting plane for the polygonal data would be enough first...> > thx in advance> > Marcel Weiß> student at the> Max-Planck-Institut for cognitive brain science, Leipzig, Germany> > _______________________________________________> This is the private VTK discussion list.> Please keep messages on-topic.
