[vtkusers] vtk on intel macbook pro

Hi Mike,

thanks for the message. I am using cmake 2.2.3 and I have 
set the variables up the way you have:
VTK_USE_CARBON=OFF
VTK_USE_COCOA=ON
VTK_USE_X=OFF

And in that configuration it compiles but does not respond 
to mouse events. I am using the code that is posted on the 
vtk's website that just draws a blue sphere (it is 
attached).

I would appreciate any insight into the problem.
