[vtkusers] vtk requirements in linux

It certainely works with Fedora Core 4. I have it on a very old ThinkPad 
(vtk 4.4), so it is slow. I've seen it on some new generation laptops 
and performance was good. Also good on Mac laptops with MacOS X (vtk 
5.0), slow on iBook G4.
