[vtkusers] help me about vtkColorTransferFunction?

Hi, all

i am using vtkVolumeRayCastCompositeFunction to render medical data coming
from vtkDICOMImageReader. it works now, but how can i design the transfer
function with vtkColorTransferFunction to show the skin and bone and other
tissues?
Would anybody give me some advise? or some example code is prefered!
