vtkMarchingContourFilter
etc....

If you mean Maximum Intensity Projection, yes it does..take a look at

vtkVolumeRayCastMIPFunction
etc...

Do you mean MPR (Multi Planar Reconstruction)? If so, take a look at

vtkImageReslice
vtkImagePlaneWidget
etc....
