[vtkusers] vtkInputPort and vtkOutPutPort in VTK5.0

Hi;

What has happened to vtkInputPort and vtkOutPutPort in VTK 5.0? Is there
some mechanism to replace these classes?

BTW I notice that the VTK source distributed with ParaView (which
indentifies as VTK 5.1.0) includes these two classes.
