[vtkusers] What happened to vtkPatented?

Actually, vtkDecimate was removed from VTK when 
the Patented directory was removed (in June of 
last year, according to CVS). There is no 
vtkDecimate in the VTK 5.0 release. The class 
vtkDecimatePro (not vtkDecimate) is in the Graphics directory.
