[vtkusers] Re: cut cow into 2 two bodys

I recently had to deal with this issue only using append filters with image 
data on its input. To solve I extracted the point data from the image data 
constructed a polly data from it and passed that through the delaunay filter. 
Worked well, but I'm still wondering if there was an easier way.
