[vtkusers] which glue for vtk/fltk works best?

I am trying to use vtk with fltk, but don't know which "glue" works
best for both of them. I may need the "pick" and "free hand draw" in
the canvas. Can someone recommand the suitable package? There are 3
posted on the vtk web but I don't know the pro and cons at all. Thanks
for your suggestions.
