[vtkusers] VTK error message

Hello,

    I am just trying to build VTK with cmake, and I am getting an error
message that I am unable to fix. I am using cmake 2.4.2 and VTK latest
release 5.0. The error message that I am getting is;

The C compiler "cl" is not able to compile a simple test program. ... (with
more info below but I'm not sure if that has any correlation with the
problem?)

The compiler I am using is Microsoft Visual Studio 8.0 (2005).

I hope you can solve my problem.
