PS Read the release notes about windows blocking execution of the 
vtk5.0.chm file because it was downloaded and "unsecure".

" If you get a "This page can not be displayed" when running vtk5.0.chm, 
Windows probably has blocked the file for security reasons (ie the file 
was downloaded). To unblock the file: - right-click on the file and 
select "Properties" - at the bottom of the "General" tab, click "Unblock" "
