[vtkusers] vtk5.0 generates a lots of warnings

Hi,

I update VTK from 4.2.2 to 5.0. One  of my .cpp file, which can be compilered without any warnings in 4.2.2, generated the warning as below in VTK5.0

c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\include\vector(156) : warning C4018: '<' : signed/unsigned mismatch

What's the reason?
