[vtkusers] itkDeformableSimplexMesh3DFilterTest.cxx

Has anyone ever tried to display the result of the deformable
simplex mesh test (tkDeformableSimplexMesh3DFilterTest.cxx)?
The code compiles and runs but the mesh doesn't seem to be 
deforming. (see the attached snapshot showing the mesh after 
deformation).

In the test code, a 3D frame with intensity 1 is created. The
anisotropic diffusion applied to that image erodes the frame
completely. I set the frame intensity to 255, however, this
didn't help. I am using itk 2.6.0.

Has anyone used the filter successfully? Please let me know.
