[vtkusers] Does VTK support UNICODE??

Ah, I see, sorry about that.  So I assume the answer to the OP's
question: "If I can display non-English characters, for example Chinese
characters?" is still "no".  If not, what character encoding do
functions like vtkCaptionActor2D::SetCaption() want?
