[vtkusers] vtkDataSetToImageFilter example

Does someone can submit an example filter derived from
vtkDataSetToImageFilter?
 
I created a filter from vtkDataSetToImageFilter and implemented 
  void Execute();
  void Execute(vtkImageData*);
 
methods which are never called with a call to
  myfilter->Update()
