[vtkusers] Porting from VTK 4.0 to 5.0

I'm new to VTK (although not to OO development - I'm a Smalltalker).
Anyway, I'm looking for some documentation that tells me what classes got
deprecated, what kind of refactoring was done, etc. between 4.0 and 5.0.
The package I'm porting made hacks to TKIterator.tcl, which doesn't even
appear in 5.0.  Other specific configuration setups happen with views and
some cosmetic window rendering changes (the UI for this tool is hacked and
ugly, so I'd like to use the GUI that comes with ActiveState's Komodo IDE
once I get the functionality of the tool so it works correctly.

 

Any advice will be profusely appreciated.
