[vtkusers] cutting polygons in two solid pieces

hi, everyone
I am trying to write a program to cutting polygons into two solid models
using a plane in vtk
Although  i have cut the model successfully, the pieces were not solid
shape. See appendage file join.jpg and sperate.jpg
Does anyone know how to weld(join)  the small section with the red or blue
model in vtk?
