[vtkusers] vtk in java (windows)

Dear vtk users,
   
  I have downloaded and installed vtk42-LatestRelease.exe in the system directory,
   
  D:\Program Files\vtk42\bin. 
  D:\Program Files\vtk42\lib.
  D:\Program Files\vtk4\include.
  D:\Program Files\vtk4\bin\wrapping.
   
  When I try to run cone.java I got the following error
   
  Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: D:\Program Files\vtk4
2\bin\vtkRenderingJava.dll: Can't find dependent libraries
        at java.lang.ClassLoader$NativeLibrary.load(Native Method)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary0(ClassLoader.java:1751)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1676)
        at java.lang.Runtime.loadLibrary0(Runtime.java:822)
        at java.lang.System.loadLibrary(System.java:992)
        at Cone.<clinit>(Cone.java:22)
   
  I hope someone might help me how to go about it
